Deconstruction.

The deconstruction piece was a formulation of ideas, almost like a model on how material and fabric can be broken down to create a stiff surface that folds and creases over a canvas frame. The silicone rosettes represent a new way of creating painting like art work that slips off the canvas itself and sits on the frame alongside the canvas.
